I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and found out that i had a slight case of Bacterial Vaginosis but i never took the pill to treat it. I have lately been noticing pain in my lower abdomen and back. Should i be worried?

im 14 and i have a grayish/Clear/yellowish discharge, it doesn’t stain my underwear it just makes it smell really bad. iv had it for 7 months. It doesn’t get at all itchy, neither does it burn,sometimes its a light discharge and somtimes as big as a teaspoon.
