Is eating Activia yogurt good to help prevent Bacterial Vaginosis? In other words, does it bring the proper Good Bacteria levels higher to ward off the Bad bacteria levels that tends to cause BV??

if i take it once a day will it help keep my bacterial vaginosis away? since i have been on ortho trycyclen lo i have had constant bv because it is throwing my PH off balance. any help??

I was diagnosed with BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) at a pelvic exam, I have no symptoms other than slight yellow discharge. No smell, no itch, no pain, nothing. Does this mean I have mild BV? I know 1/2 of people who has BV has no symptoms, does that means they have a mild case?
