Can this medication be used to treat vaginitis? (I have Ciprobiotic Uro and Urigenal). If not, what are my options? Thank you!

I don’t have any health insurance do to being laid off, and I can’t afford Cobra. I need to buy this prescription without insurance and I was wondering if anyone knew how much the medication for bacterial vaginosis would be? I’m going to be prescribed either metronidazole or clindamycin.

I have the infection but i am taking the medication as we speak and my boyfriend and i want to know if we have sex while i am still being treated will it hurt either one of us? Plz help
