If you don’t have a family doctor, do you just walk in a hospital?

You should go to a clinic in your area — one that is less expensive than a hospital.
They will give you a vaginal exam and give you medication like anti biotics (if that is what it is).
Google a clinic in your area and call to see if they take walk ins or if you need an appointment.
You need to call your local hospital and get their list of family doctors that are taking patients. Many will see you the same day if you call in the morning. At the hospital, you will go through the emergency department. That can take up to eight hours of waiting. Unless your case is severe, get a family doctor.
